Business Analyst

Bridewell Consulting is a fast-growing cyber security company, that is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join the team.  Bridewell have a strong track record for delivering complex security and privacy projects and providing excellent customer service. Bridewell have an exciting and varied portfolio of clients across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Government, Aviation and more.  We assist our clients by providing a full range of security services across Information security, cyber security, technology risk, security testing and data privacy.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for Business Analyst’s to join our Cyber Security consulting team to support on several key projects for various clients. As a Business Analyst, you will be working closely with our security consultants, managing and building senior stakeholder relationships, whilst ensuring projects run smoothly for our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Cyber Security Consultants to understand different business’s needs
  • Constantly assess the business impact; capturing, analysing, and documenting requirements
  • Manage the interface between different delivery teams
  • Manage upgrades and implementations, participating in testing and offering user support and training when needed
  • Document key requirements, processes, and procedures
  • Work to Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Project scoping, detailing requirements and involvement in the initial phases of project implementations
  • Other ad-hoc business reporting requirements and offering BAU support on other applications/projects 


  • Prior experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Project Management experience and working to Agile/Waterfall methodologies
  • Stakeholder management skills and building key relationships
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience in documenting and communicating various data requirements
  • High standard of business and commercial awareness
  • Prior experience delivering against tight timescales and working on multiple projects at any one time
  • Familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, PowerBI and ServiceNow
  • A background working in a consultancy organisation and/or within Cyber Security is preferred
