Microsoft Partner Manager

Bridewell Consulting is a fast-growing Cyber Security and Managed Security Services company, that is currently looking for a  Microsoft Partner Manager to support our continued growth across all areas of the organisation.  Bridewell have a strong track record for delivering complex cyber security projects and providing excellent customer service. We have an exciting and varied portfolio of clients across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Government.  We assist our clients by providing a full range of security services across Cyber Security, Penetration Testing, Data Privacy and Managed Security Services.

To support continued growth across all our services, we are looking for a proactive Microsoft Partner Manager, with substantial experience developing and expanding relationships across all areas of a Vendor organisation and its Partner Ecosystem. We are looking for a Partner Development Manager who has excelled at working with Partners who sell either to public or private sector organisations.

Successful candidates will have experience of selling professional services through Microsoft, and to its Partner Ecosystem. Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining long-term, profitable, Partner relationships is essential. You will be eager to learn about cyber security consultancy services.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for growing our Partnership with Microsoft and developing relationships across their Cyber Security Partner Ecosystem.  You will understand the day-to-day challenges of Vendor, Partner and their end customer, establishing current and future cyber security and data privacy requirements. When relevant you will work with the consultancy team to scope these into engagements Bridewell will deliver to add maximum value to Microsoft, their Partners and end customers:

  • Creation and execution of Partner Account Development strategies
  • Creation and execution of tactical plans and account mapping
  • Developing current and creating new relationships across Microsoft and its Partner Ecosystem
  • Assisting in other areas of channel development
  • You will need to create proposals, ensure engagements are scheduled, and that all work meets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Development of opportunities through networking and events
  • Attending Cyber Security and Industry specific conferences and events to increase your knowledge of the Industry.

Experience

Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 5+ years working with Microsoft and their Partner Ecosystem.
  • Preferably for a consultancy or services organisation with evidence of Partnership growth and development
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong administration and organisation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team player

 Other nice to haves would include:

  • Prior experience of selling cyber security services
  • Prior CRM experience
